Given the tremendous price of most homes and the high cost of repairs, it is wise to have a house inspected by a qualified inspector prior to entering into a purchase and sales agreement.  The cost of a home inspection is often less than a tenth of one percent of the purchase price of a home, and the condition of the home revealed during the inspection could save you from making a costly mistake.

Also, studies have shown that a pre-listing inspection can save a seller money in the long run.  A house inspector can identify problems with a house before it is listed, which provides time for the owner to correct those problems.  Eliminating defects and possible areas of concern before a potential buyer sees the house could save the seller money in the form of a higher bid and decreased repair costs.

We perform inspections for you of the upmost quality, and integrity.  For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are considering purchasing.  For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.  Reports are generated by computer and contain a detailed check list and narrative summary, including digital images of the property and areas of concern.  Clients may receive the home inspection report electronically and/or via normal mail.
